Hey, thanks for stopping by!

I’m Cindy and this is (some of) who I am:

I’m a UX researcher and designer, but at my core, I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, behave, and experience the world. My background in psychology, neuroscience research, and teaching shaped that curiosity, but it was my time as a behavioral therapist that really opened my eyes to the importance of accessibility—how even the smallest design decisions can make a huge difference in someone’s life.

In 2023, I decided to take that passion for understanding people and apply it to UX. I completed the Google UX Design Certificate, blending my research-driven mindset with a desire to create seamless, user-friendly experiences. Now, I get to solve complex problems, think critically, and design interactions that feel effortless and intuitive. But what really drives me is the chance to make people’s lives a little easier—whether through thoughtful design or simply listening to what they need. The best design is invisible and allows people to focus on what truly matters. That’s what I strive to create every day.

When I’m not designing, I am…
